The SVA response in Nelson is starting to slow down after a strong effort.

Over 300 volunteers have supported more than 100 properties, with many returning multiple times to help.

Last week volunteers focused mainly on fence clearing and repairs, working alongside property owners and local groups.

This week and next we will have a final push planned with school groups and community volunteers.
